In the world according to LSS, the distances below have been assigned the following gradings:

• 10k: Double park-run
• 1/2 Marathon: Semi stupid
• Marathon: Stupid
• Ultra Marathon: Ultra Stupid.

I think there's a fair bit of wisdom in that!

Eat pies.
Drink beer.
Run far.
